SunGoldPower Powerwall X 51.2V 200Ah Lithium Battery (SG48200T, 10.24kWh)
10.24kWh in a single wall-mounted unit — double the capacity of a 100Ah rack module, in one enclosure with an LCD touch screen on the front. Over 8,000 deep cycles, which is the highest cycle rating in SunGoldPower's battery range.
CAN and RS485 communication with documented compatibility across Growatt, Deye, SunGoldPower, Luxpower, Victron, Schneider, EG4, Sol-Ark, MPP Solar and Megarevo, and up to 32 units in parallel for around 328kWh. UL 1973 and UL 9540A certified, with a 10-year warranty and a 15-year design life. Renewable Outdoors is an authorized SunGoldPower dealer — call us at (303) 876-7654 and we'll confirm your inverter pairing.

Why the Powerwall X
10.24kWh in One Unit
Double a 100Ah rack module, in a single enclosure with one set of cables and one connection.
8,000+ Deep Cycles
The highest cycle rating SunGoldPower publishes — behind a 10-year warranty and 15-year design life.
LCD Touch Screen
State of charge and system status on the battery itself, rather than only in an app or on the inverter.
CAN and RS485
Documented with Growatt, Deye, SunGoldPower, Luxpower, Victron, Schneider, EG4, Sol-Ark, MPP Solar and Megarevo.
32 Units in Parallel
Up to around 328kWh, which puts commercial storage on the same platform.
UL 1973 and UL 9540A
Certified at cell and system level, with the UL 1973 certificate published.

Integrated LCD touch-screen panel
UL 1973 certificate and warranty documentation
Mounting hardware, battery-to-inverter cables, communication cables and fusing are separate. SunGoldPower's datasheet for this model is a scanned document, so several figures — maximum charge and discharge current, dimensions, weight, IP rating and temperature ranges — are not published in a form we can quote. Call us at (303) 876-7654 before you order and we'll get those confirmed for you in writing.
Where can I get the full electrical specification?
SunGoldPower publishes the Powerwall X datasheet and manual as scanned image documents, so a few figures — maximum charge and discharge current, depth of discharge, dimensions, weight and operating temperature range — are not available in a form we can quote accurately. We would rather leave a number off the page than publish one we cannot source. Call us at (303) 876-7654 and we'll get those confirmed in writing from SunGoldPower before you order.
Should I buy one of these or two 100Ah rack batteries?
Both give you around 10kWh. One Powerwall X means a single unit, one set of cables, one connection and an LCD screen on the front. Two rack batteries mean rack mounting, redundancy if one develops a fault, and the ability to start with one and add the second later. The Powerwall X also has the higher cycle rating at 8,000 against 7,000. It's genuinely a preference — call us and we'll talk it through.
Why does the 8,000-cycle rating matter?
It's what determines the cost per kWh over the battery's life. At 8,000 cycles, daily cycling gets you past twenty years. It's the highest figure SunGoldPower publishes across their battery range, and it's the main technical argument for this unit over the rack modules.
What is closed-loop communication and why does it matter?
Without it, your inverter estimates the battery's state of charge from voltage — and LFP has such a flat discharge curve that voltage tells you very little. With CAN or RS485 communication, the battery's own BMS reports actual state of charge, cell temperatures and charge limits, and the inverter charges to those figures. It means accurate monitoring and charging that protects the cells properly rather than approximately.
Which inverters is it documented to work with?
Growatt, Deye, SunGoldPower's own, Luxpower, Victron Energy, Schneider, EG4, Sol-Ark, MPP Solar and Megarevo — the broadest compatibility list of the three SunGoldPower batteries. Protocol selection is usually a menu setting on the inverter. Call us at (303) 876-7654 with your model and we'll confirm.
How many can I put together?
Up to 32 in parallel, which is around 328kWh. For a house, one or two is typical. Do not wire them in series — this is a native 51.2V unit.
Can it be installed outdoors?
SunGoldPower doesn't publish an IP rating for this model, so we won't tell you it's weatherproof. Treat it as an indoor product: a garage, a utility room or a plant room.
What does the touch screen show?
State of charge and system status directly on the battery. It's genuinely useful during an outage, when you want to know where you stand without opening an app or walking to the inverter.
Why lithium iron phosphate rather than another lithium chemistry?
LFP trades a little energy density for a great deal of safety and service life. It does not have the thermal runaway behaviour nickel-based lithium chemistries can exhibit, it tolerates sitting at a high state of charge, and it lasts thousands of cycles rather than hundreds. For a battery living in a house, those are the properties that matter.
