Does the F3000 give me 240 V?
Not on its own. A single F3000 provides 120 V output. To get 240 V you connect two F3000 units together with a Double Power Hub, which is what the two-unit bundle above includes. How far can I expand the capacity?
Anker rates the F3000 platform to 24 kWh with expansion batteries. That is enough to run a household's essential loads for several days rather than one night, and you can add batteries over time instead of buying it all at once.
What is the difference between this and the F3800?
The F3800 is 3,840 Wh against 3,072 Wh, and critically it delivers 120 V and 240 V from a single unit through a built-in NEMA L14-30 port. The F3000 needs a second unit and a hub for 240 V. If dual-voltage from one box matters, the F3800 or F3800 Plus is the better fit.
Do I need a transfer switch?
Only if you want the unit to feed household circuits. Without one you run extension cords to specific appliances, which works but is inconvenient for a multi-day outage. The transfer switch bundle above handles the panel connection, and that installation needs a licensed electrician and usually a permit.
Can I charge it from solar?

Will it run my refrigerator through a multi-day outage?
