288Wh · 300W DC Output · 5.69 lbs · Two 140W USB-C Ports
EcoFlow TRAIL 300 DC Portable Power Station (288Wh)
The TRAIL 300 DC is built for the trips where weight is the constraint. At 5.69 lbs it fits in a backpack, and 288Wh of LiFePO4 capacity is enough to keep lights, a camera, a drone, a mini projector, or an electric cooler running for a long weekend.
It's a DC-only unit — no AC inverter — which is exactly why it's this small and this efficient. 300W of output across five simultaneous devices, including two 140W USB-C ports that work in both directions, plus a 12V car-style outlet at up to 120W. Recharge from USB-C, car, or solar. Renewable Outdoors is an authorized EcoFlow dealer, and this listing includes a free RAPID 30W GaN charger.

Why the TRAIL 300 DC
5.69 lbs, Backpack-Sized
Under six pounds and small enough to carry on a hike — the capacity you'd normally have to leave in the car.
Two 140W USB-C Ports
Both work in and out, so the same port that fast-charges a laptop can also refill the unit itself at up to 140W.
288Wh of LFP
Lithium iron phosphate rather than the lighter chemistries usually used at this size — a trade of a little weight for far longer life.
Five Devices at Once
Two USB-C, two USB-A, and a 12V car outlet at up to 120W — enough to run a cooler while charging a phone and a camera.
DC-Only by Design
No AC inverter means no conversion losses and much less weight. For USB, 12V, and DC gear, it delivers more usable energy per pound.
Built for the Trail
Reinforced protection layers and a woven carry handle, designed to take drops and knocks. An optional waterproof case is available.
What's Included
In the Box
EcoFlow TRAIL 300 DC power station
Free EcoFlow RAPID 30W GaN charger (included with this listing)
User manual and warranty card
A USB-C cable rated for the wattage you want is worth checking — charging at the full 140W needs a cable rated for it, and many everyday cables aren't. Solar charging needs a compatible panel and cable, and the waterproof case is a separate accessory.

EcoFlow TRAIL 300 DC: Frequently Asked Questions
Does it have AC outlets?
No — this is a DC-only power station. It has USB-C, USB-A, and a 12V car outlet, but no household AC sockets. That's a deliberate design choice: dropping the inverter is how it stays under six pounds and avoids conversion losses. If you need to plug in a normal wall plug, look at the DELTA 3 Classic instead.
What can 288Wh actually run?
Roughly 20 phone charges, several laptop charges, a full weekend of headlamps and camera batteries, or an electric cooler for around 12 to 20 hours depending on the model and ambient temperature. It's sized for a multi-day trip's worth of small devices rather than appliances.
How is it different from the TRAIL 200 DC?
The TRAIL 300 holds 288Wh against the 200's 192Wh, outputs 300W instead of 220W, has two 140W USB-C ports where the 200 has one 140W and one 100W, and adds a 12V car outlet the 200 doesn't have. It's about 1.7 lbs heavier. If you want to run a 12V cooler, the 300 is the one — that car outlet is the deciding feature.
Is it waterproof?
No. It's rated IP30, meaning it resists dust and solid objects but has no water protection. It is drop-tested and ruggedly built, but rain needs the optional waterproof case. Worth adding if you're backpacking rather than car camping.
How fast does it recharge?
Up to 140W over USB-C, which is the fastest route. Solar and car charging come in at up to 110W. Note that hitting the full 140W needs a USB-C cable and charger actually rated for it — a standard cable will charge more slowly.
Can I charge it from a solar panel?
Yes, up to 110W. A 100W portable panel is a good match — larger panels won't hurt anything but won't go faster than the 110W input limit, so there's no reason to carry the extra weight.
Can I run it while it's charging?
Yes. The bidirectional USB-C ports mean you can be topping the unit up from one source while powering devices from the others, which is useful when you've got a panel out during the day and gear that needs charging.
Why LFP cells in something this small?
Lithium iron phosphate is heavier per watt-hour than the chemistries usually used in this size class, but it lasts far longer and is more thermally stable. EcoFlow chose the extra ounces for a unit you can still be using in years rather than seasons.
What's the free RAPID 30W GaN charger for?
It's a compact wall charger included with this listing — handy for topping up phones and small devices directly, and for charging the TRAIL 300 from mains at a slower rate when you don't need the full 140W.
