One battery in place of six, and 35 to 45+ miles per charge instead of the fifteen or twenty you get from a tired lead-acid pack. 105Ah at 51.2V — 5,376Wh — with 200A of continuous discharge and 700A available for two seconds, which is what makes a lithium cart pull hills the way it does on the flat.
This is the complete kit: battery, a 48V 15A waterproof lithium charger, a 48V-to-12V step-down converter for your lights and accessories, a Bluetooth battery gauge, and cart-specific mounting brackets. IP67 sealed, 3,500+ cycles, and Epoch's 11-year warranty. Renewable Outdoors is an authorized Epoch dealer — call us at (303) 876-7654 and we'll confirm the fit for your cart.

Why the 48V 105Ah Golf Cart Kit
35 to 45+ Miles Per Charge
Epoch's estimate for most standard carts — two to three times what a worn lead-acid pack manages.
One Battery Replaces Six
99 lbs against roughly 400 for a six-battery lead-acid pack — better range, better hill climbing, less turf damage.
200A Continuous, 700A Peak
The cart keeps its speed as the pack drains, rather than fading the way lead-acid does.
IP67 Sealed
Dust-tight and immersion-rated to one metre for thirty minutes — wash the cart without a second thought.
Complete Kit, Nothing Else to Buy
Charger, 12V converter, Bluetooth gauge and cart-specific brackets all included.
Bluetooth Monitoring
Real state of charge on your phone rather than a guess from a voltage needle.
What's Included
In the Kit
1 × Epoch 48V 105Ah LiFePO4 battery (5,376Wh)
1 × 48V 15A waterproof lithium charger
1 × 48V-to-12V step-down converter for lights and accessories
1 × Bluetooth battery gauge
Cart-specific mounting brackets for the configuration you select
Documentation and warranty paperwork
Choose your cart model above so we ship the correct brackets. Club Car DS owners should choose the 48V 105Ah MINI kit instead — the standard case does not fit a DS. If your cart is not listed, choose Other and call us at (303) 876-7654 so we can check the fit before shipping.
Which Configuration Do You Need?
The battery, charger, converter and gauge are identical in every option. What changes is the mounting bracket set, which is cut for your cart's battery bay.

Club Car DS is deliberately not on this list — that platform needs the MINI version of this kit, which we also stock. Lifted carts and aftermarket controllers sometimes need a different approach, so call us if your cart has been modified.

It's Epoch's estimate for a standard two or four-passenger cart on reasonably flat ground with a typical load. Hills, lifted carts, oversized tyres, heavy passengers and aggressive driving all reduce it, sometimes considerably. If your course or neighbourhood is hilly, expect the lower end. Call us at (303) 876-7654 and describe your terrain and we'll give you a realistic figure rather than a marketing one.
Do I need anything beyond this kit?
For a standard cart on the listed configurations, no — the battery, charger, 12V converter, gauge and brackets are all here. Some carts benefit from a controller reprogram to take advantage of lithium's flatter voltage curve, and some older carts need an on-board computer bypass. Tell us your cart and year and we'll flag anything specific.
Why does the cart feel faster with lithium?
It isn't faster at the top end — it just doesn't slow down. A lead-acid pack's voltage sags under load and falls as it discharges, so the cart gets progressively weaker through the round. Lithium holds its voltage almost flat until it's nearly empty, so the last hole feels like the first.
Can I put two of these in for double the range?
Yes — up to two in parallel, which takes you to 210Ah and roughly 10.75kWh. Whether they physically fit depends on your cart's bay. Worth a conversation before you order, because the second battery is a significant investment and not every cart has room.
How does this compare with the six lead-acid batteries I have now?
It replaces all six with one battery. You lose several hundred pounds, which improves range, hill climbing and turf impact. You stop watering cells and cleaning corroded terminals. And the voltage stays flat as it discharges, so the cart doesn't slow down as the pack drains — which is the difference most owners notice first and comment on most.
What maintenance does it need?
None of the maintenance a lead-acid pack needs — no watering, no equalising, no terminal cleaning, no specific gravity checks. Keep the terminals tight, keep the battery reasonably charged over winter storage, and that is genuinely it.
How should I store it over winter?
Between 32°F and 95°F for up to twelve months, ideally around half charged rather than full or empty. Self-discharge is slow. Note that charging requires 32°F or above, so if your cart lives in an unheated barn through a hard winter, bring the charging indoors or wait for a mild day.
