The LiMax 65Ah is the entry point into a lithium cart conversion, and for a lot of owners it's the right amount of battery. 3,328Wh gives an estimated 25 to 35 miles per charge — comfortably more than a tired lead-acid pack — at 66 pounds instead of roughly four hundred.
Full 200A continuous discharge, so the cart performs the same as it would on a larger pack; what you're trading is range, not power. Complete kit with a 48V 10A charger, an in-dash LCD gauge, a 12V step-down converter and cart-specific brackets. IP67 sealed, 3,500+ cycles, Bluetooth with OTA updates, 11-year warranty. Documentation and warranty paperwork
Choose your cart model above so we ship the correct brackets. If your cart isn't listed, choose Other and call us at (303) 876-7654 so we can verify fitment first. The 10A charger takes longer than the 15A units in the larger kits — expect an overnight charge from empty.
Which Configuration Do You Need?
The battery, charger, gauge and converter are the same in every option. What changes is the bracket set, cut for your cart's battery bay.

Estimated Range
Approximately 25 to 35 miles per charge in normal conditions
For neighbourhood driving, a round of golf, or a campground cart, comfortably — 25 to 35 miles is far more than most carts do between charges. It's not enough if you drive long distances daily, tow, run a lifted cart with big tyres, or live somewhere hilly. The honest test: if your current lead-acid pack gets you through the day, this will get you through it with room to spare.
Will the cart be slower than with a bigger battery?
No. Discharge capability is 200A continuous, the same as the 105Ah and MINI kits, so the cart performs identically. Capacity affects how far you go, not how hard you can pull. That's a genuine advantage of lithium over lead-acid, where a smaller pack also means less power.
Why is the charger 10A rather than 15A?
It's matched to the smaller pack. From fully empty, expect an overnight charge. If you want faster turnaround, a larger charger can be fitted — call us at (303) 876-7654 and we'll sort it out.
Can I add a second battery later?
Up to two in parallel is supported, which would take you to 130Ah. Whether there's room depends on your cart's bay. In most cases, if you know you want more range it's cheaper to buy the 105Ah kit up front than to add a second 65Ah later.
How does this compare with the six lead-acid batteries I have now?
It replaces all six with one battery. You lose several hundred pounds, which improves range, hill climbing and turf impact. You stop watering cells and cleaning corroded terminals. And the voltage stays flat as it discharges, so the cart doesn't slow down as the pack drains — which is the difference most owners notice first and comment on most.
What maintenance does it need?
None of the maintenance a lead-acid pack needs — no watering, no equalising, no terminal cleaning, no specific gravity checks. Keep the terminals tight, keep the battery reasonably charged over winter storage, and that is genuinely it.
How should I store it over winter?
Between 32°F and 95°F for up to twelve months, ideally around half charged rather than full or empty. Self-discharge is slow. Note that charging requires 32°F or above, so if your cart lives in an unheated barn through a hard winter, bring the charging indoors or wait for a mild day.
