The Grandio Ascent 8x12 is the most popular size in the Ascent line, pairing 96 square feet of growing space with a 7 ft 9 in peak that gives you full walk-in headroom. The steel base kit and snow load kit come included, so it is winter ready straight out of the box.
Best for: running multiple growing zones at once, such as seedlings on one side and mature plants on the other, with room left for shelving and grow beds. An optional back door transformation kit adds a second entrance for a walkthrough layout.
Choose your anchor option at checkout: Wood for decks, Concrete for slabs and patios, or Dirt for soil installs. The optional Premium Upgrade adds three roof vent auto openers, 10 plant hangers, a trellising kit, a drip irrigation kit, and panel cleaner.

Why is the 8x12 the most popular Ascent? It offers 50 percent more space than the 8x8 with the same construction and included kits, which is the sweet spot for gardeners who want multiple beds, shelving, and real working room.
Which anchor option do I need? Wood for decks or timber bases, Concrete for slabs and patios, Dirt for soil or grass installs. The included steel base works with all three.
Can I use it year-round? Yes. The twin-wall panels retain heat in cooler months, and the three roof vents keep summer temperatures in check. Add a small heater for frost protection in cold climates.
How hard is assembly? Components are pre-cut and labeled with hardware and tools included. Plan a weekend with a helper for this size.
