The Zero Breeze is the best truly portable air conditioner on the market today. When no swamp cooler or suitcase-sized air conditioner will work for your application, the Mark 3 with 2 batteries will keep you cool overnight when you're off-grid. While it's true there may be other portable air conditioners that could run on an external generator, none compares to the Mark 3 for quiet operation and a powerful cold breeze to cool your small space when there is no outlet available. It is incredibly light, similar in size and weight to a countertop ice maker, with a handle to carry like a boom box. While only needed for off-grid use, the batteries have handles too, and they daisy-chain together up to 4 batteries with the main unit. The batteries can even be daisy-ed together to power anything with 12V Anderson inputs or USB-A and Type-C. They stack neatly below the unit and can be charged with the standard cable, car charger, or solar panels.  It can even run while its being charged. The main unit comes with everything you need to get set up and running immediately, including hoses, vent adapters and a remote. With 2 batteries it weighs about 50 lbs. The Zero Breeze can be installed such that the unit is inside during inclement weather with venting outside, or it can be entirely outside when the weather permits. Also, don't throw away the foam padding in the box!  They have vent holes cut into them which may come in very handy when used for quick ad-hoc installations. It is incredibly well-made, even the charger/wall adapter has a cooling fan. I would highly recommend the Mark 3. And as for getting the Zero Breeze shipped and delivered to your home -- if you are in a remote location as I am, the good people at Renewable Outdoors will find a way to get it to you at the best price possible, and in the quickest time.
