Frequently asked questions
How does the Fusion compare to the Diablo and GTR boards?
The Fusion is the lighter, more portable option at 27.5 lbs, designed to balance performance and carryability. Top speed (26 mph) and range (up to 25 miles) sit below the top Diablo boards, but it is easier to carry and store. Choose the Fusion if portability matters; choose Diablo for maximum speed and range.
What is the difference between the 648Wh and 432Wh batteries?
The standard 12S 3P 648Wh battery gives maximum range. The optional 12S 2P 432Wh battery is lighter for a more agile, easier-to-carry setup at the cost of some range. The 432Wh option is available on request, so contact us if you want it.
Is it good for beginners?
Yes, the Fusion is one of the more approachable boards in the lineup and ships ready to ride out of the box. It is still powerful, so start in the lower-speed modes, wear a helmet and pads, and build up gradually.
Street or all-terrain, which Fusion should I get?
This is the all-terrain version, set up with tanwall AT tires for dirt, gravel, and rough ground. The Fusion is also available in Street and 2-in-1 configurations. Pick all-terrain for off-road, street for pure pavement, or 2-in-1 for both.
What is the real-world range?
Evolve rates the 648Wh all-terrain Fusion at up to 25 miles (40 km). Hills, heavier riders, off-road terrain, and higher-speed modes reduce that. Expect a realistic 15 to 22 miles in mixed use.
