EcoFlow DELTA 3 Ultra Portable Power Station (3072Wh)

The DELTA 3 Ultra pairs a 3072Wh battery with 3600W of continuous output and a 7200W surge, and X-Boost pushes resistive loads to 4600W — enough for a clothes steamer, a dryer, a lawnmower, or an electric frying pan. It ties into your house through a manual transfer switch or an inlet box, so it can back up real circuits rather than only what you plug into it.

Its cells are automotive-grade full-tab LFP in an EV-grade CTC structure built to resist moisture and transport vibration, with 24/7 BMS monitoring and around ten years of expected service. It runs at roughly 25dB and switches to battery in about 10 milliseconds, which keeps a NAS or desktop online through an outage. Renewable Outdoors is an authorized EcoFlow dealer — call us and we'll help you decide between this and the Ultra Plus.

Why the DELTA 3 Ultra

3600W, 7200W Surge

The same output as the Ultra Plus — a dryer, a lawnmower, a table saw — with X-Boost extending resistive loads to 4600W.

Connects to Your House

Works with a manual transfer switch or an inlet box, so it can back up selected household circuits instead of running extension cords.

Expands to 11kWh

3072Wh on its own, or up to 11kWh with two DELTA Pro 3 Extra Battery modules for multi-day outage coverage.

EV-Grade Cell Structure

Automotive-grade full-tab LFP cells in an EV-grade CTC structure, Class B certified, with 24/7 BMS and roughly ten years of expected service.

10ms UPS Switchover

Takes over in about 10 milliseconds, keeping NAS servers, desktops, and network gear running without a reboot.

OASIS 3.0 Smart App

Storm Guard pre-charges before severe weather; Self-Powered and Scheduled Task modes shift usage to cut your bill.

Choose Your Configuration

Configuration Solar Added What It's Good For
DELTA 3 Ultra Only None You already own panels, or you'll charge from AC and a generator and add solar later
+ Transfer Switch (306A1, 125V 30A) None Home backup — lets the unit feed household circuits. Requires a licensed electrician to install
+ 2 × 200W Solar Panels 400W total Two lighter panels instead of one heavy one — easier to carry and position separately
+ 400W Solar Panel 400W in one panel Same wattage in a single unit — fewer cables and less setup, but heavier to move
+ 4 × 125W Solar Panels 500W total The most solar of any bundle, and the most flexible to arrange around shade — but four panels to set up

A useful thing to know before you choose: this unit accepts a maximum of 800W of solar input, so every bundle here sits comfortably inside that ceiling with room to add more panels later. The real trade-off between the solar options is panel handling rather than power — one 400W panel is simpler to deploy, while four 125W panels are easier to carry and let you work around shade. EcoFlow DELTA 3 Ultra: Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between the DELTA 3 Ultra and the Ultra Plus?
They have the same battery and the same output — 3072Wh, 3600W continuous, 7200W surge, X-Boost to 4600W. The difference is entirely about charging. The Ultra Plus takes 1600W of solar against this unit's 800W, supports six charging methods instead of four, and reaches 0–80% in 48 minutes where this one takes about 89. If you're refilling from a wall outlet overnight, the Ultra saves money for identical performance. If you're recharging from solar during the day, the Plus is worth the difference.
Is the warranty really five years?
It's three years as standard, with two more added free when you register the unit in the EcoFlow app. Registration takes a couple of minutes and is worth doing on day one, because the extra two years aren't applied automatically.
What can 3600W run?
At 3600W continuous with a 7200W surge it handles a clothes dryer, a lawnmower, an electric frying pan, or a table saw, and X-Boost pushes resistive appliances to 4600W. Your total simultaneous draw still has to stay within the rating, so plan on one large appliance at a time alongside your smaller loads.
How long will 3072Wh last?
Roughly 3072Wh divided by your load. A 150W fridge cycling at about 50% duty runs a day and a half; a 1500W space heater lasts around two hours; a CPAP machine will go for several nights. Expanding to 11kWh takes essential loads into multi-day territory.
How much solar can I connect?
Up to 800W. All of our solar bundles for this unit sit inside that ceiling — the 4 × 125W option comes closest at 500W — so there's room to add panels later if you want faster recharging. If you need more solar than 800W, look at the Ultra Plus, which accepts 1600W.
Can it back up circuits in my house?
Yes. It supports two home integration paths, a manual transfer switch or an inlet box, so it can feed selected household circuits rather than only what you plug directly into it. Either option must be installed by a licensed electrician; the unit itself stays portable.
Which solar bundle should I choose?
Since all of them fit within the 800W input limit, choose on handling rather than wattage. A single 400W panel means fewer cables and quicker setup but is heavier to carry. Two 200W panels split the weight. Four 125W panels are the lightest individually, give you the most total solar at 500W, and let you spread them out to work around shade — at the cost of more setup time.
Can I use it as a UPS for a computer or NAS?
Yes. Switchover happens in about 10 milliseconds, fast enough that desktops, network equipment, and NAS servers keep running through a grid failure without rebooting or risking a dropped write.
Is it quiet enough for indoors?
EcoFlow rates it at 25dB or less at 600W, which is around the level of a quiet library. Under heavier load or fast charging the fans work harder and it gets noticeably louder, so a hallway or utility room is a better bet than a bedroom if you're charging overnight.
Do you offer financing or price matching?
Yes. We offer 0% APR financing options through Affirm at checkout, and every purchase is backed by our Lowest Price Guarantee — if you find a better price elsewhere, call us at (303) 876-7654 before you order.
