Jackery Explorer 300 v2 Portable Power Station (288Wh, 300W)
The Explorer 300 v2 is the smallest Jackery that still gives you real wall outlets. Two of them, 300W continuous with 600W of surge, backed by 288Wh of LiFePO4 — enough to run a laptop and a monitor through a workday, keep a CPAP going overnight, or hold a router and a phone up through an evening blackout.
It charges from empty in about 76 minutes, and it doubles as a UPS: plug your desk gear into it, leave it connected to the wall, and it takes over in under 10 milliseconds when the power drops. At 8.16 lbs it's still a one-hand carry. Renewable Outdoors is an authorized Jackery dealer — call us at (303) 876-7654 if you'd like help sizing it against your loads.

Why the Explorer 300 v2
Two Real AC Outlets
300W continuous with 600W of surge headroom — a laptop, a monitor, a fan, a TV, a CPAP with its humidifier.
Full Charge in 76 Minutes
Empty to full in a little over an hour from a wall outlet — quick enough to top up before you leave.
UPS in Under 10ms
Leave your desk plugged into it. When the grid drops, it takes over fast enough that nothing reboots.
4,000 Cycles to 70%
LiFePO4 cells built for a decade of use rather than a couple of camping seasons.
100W USB-C
Fast-charges a laptop directly over USB-C without touching the AC outlets.
8.16 lbs
Light enough to move one-handed between the desk, the car and the campsite.
What's Included
In the Box
1 × Jackery Explorer 300 v2 power station
1 × AC charging cable
1 × Car charging cable
User manual and warranty card
Plus the SolarSaga 40 Air panel if you choose that option
This model has no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, so there's no app — everything is controlled on the unit itself. If app monitoring matters to you, the Explorer 1500 Ultra and the HomePower range both have it.
With or Without Solar?
The power station is identical in both options. The question is whether you want a way to recharge without a wall outlet.

What You Get
Best For
Explorer 300 v2 Only
288Wh power station with AC and car charging cables
Desk UPS duty, home backup, and trips where you return to an outlet within a day
Explorer 300 v2 + SolarSaga 40 Air
The same unit plus a 40W foldable SolarSaga 40 Air panel
Lightweight camping and hiking, where the panel keeps devices topped up rather than refilling the unit fast
A 40W panel is a trickle rather than a fast refill — it takes around 9.5 hours of good sun to fill the unit. It's the right choice when weight matters most. If you want faster solar, call us at (303) 876-7654 and we'll look at a larger SolarSaga.

Jackery Explorer 300 v2 Portable Power Station (288Wh, 300W): Frequently Asked Questions
What can I run on 300W?
A laptop and a monitor, a router and a modem, a box fan, a small TV, a CPAP including its humidifier, LED lighting, a phone charger — comfortably. What won't work is anything with a heating element: kettles, hair dryers, microwaves and space heaters all pull far more than 300W.
How long will it run those things?
288Wh divided by the draw. A 60W laptop runs about four hours. A router and modem at 20W run twelve or more. A CPAP at 30W gets you most of two nights. A 150W TV runs about an hour and a half.
Can I really use it as a UPS?
Yes. Plug the unit into the wall and your equipment into the unit; it passes power through and switches to battery in under 10 milliseconds when the grid drops. That's fast enough that a desktop computer, a router or an aquarium pump won't notice. For medical equipment, check the tolerance with the device manufacturer first.
What's the difference between this and the Explorer 300D?
Same 288Wh of capacity, very different shape. The 300D has no AC outlets at all — it's USB and 12V only, which makes it 64% smaller and completely silent. This one has two real wall outlets and a 300W inverter, at the cost of being larger and having a fan. Buy on whether you need a household plug.
Does it have an app?
No. This model has no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, so everything is done on the unit's own display and buttons. If remote monitoring matters, the Explorer 1500 Ultra and the HomePower models all support the Jackery app.
How fast does it charge?
About 76 minutes from empty on a wall outlet. From a car socket it's around four hours, and from the 40W SolarSaga 40 Air in the bundle option, about 9.5 hours of good sun.
Is the SolarSaga 40 Air bundle worth it?
It depends what you want from solar. A 40W panel is light and packable but it's a trickle — it will comfortably keep phones and lights going indefinitely, and it will eventually refill the unit, but it won't do it quickly. If you want a fast solar recharge, call us and we'll price a bigger panel.
How long will the battery last?
4,000 cycles to 70% or more of original capacity. Cycled once a day that's over a decade; used for camping weekends it's effectively the life of the product.
Is it safe to use indoors overnight?
Yes — there's no fuel and no exhaust, which is the main reason battery power stations have replaced small generators for indoor use. Keep it somewhere dry with airflow around the vents, and it's perfectly happy next to a bed running a CPAP.
Do you offer financing or price matching?
Yes. We offer 0% APR financing options through Affirm at checkout, and our Lowest Price Guarantee applies — if you find this model cheaper at another authorized dealer, call us at (303) 876-7654 before you order and we'll take care of it.
