This is RUiXU's largest pre-configured kit: ten 5.12kWh LiFePO4 rack modules in a pre-assembled 10-slot steel cabinet, for 51.2kWh of actual storage. At that capacity it stops being a backup system and becomes genuine energy independence — enough to carry a large home through multiple days, run a full off-grid property, or serve a light commercial site.

The cabinet is built for the job rather than adapted to it: heavy-duty steel with a powder-coated finish, heavy-duty bus bars with protective covers, a lockable front door and side panels, heavy-duty casters, and a quick-open side panel for maintenance access. How long will 51.2kWh actually last?
At a 1kW average draw — lights, fridge, internet, electronics — you'd see roughly two days of runtime. A large home running central air conditioning or electric heat might see 8 to 12 hours. Should I choose the standard or self-heating version?
Pick the self-heating RX-50kWh-HC if the cabinet will sit somewhere that gets genuinely cold — an unheated garage, a detached shop, an outbuilding. If it lives in a conditioned space that stays above freezing, the standard RX-50kWh-C is all you need. The two are otherwise identical.
How much does the whole kit weigh, and will my floor take it?
The ten modules alone come to roughly 1,036 lbs, plus the steel cabinet on top of that — so figure well over half a ton concentrated in a footprint of about 23.6" × 29.5". That is a serious structural load. Have your installer or a structural professional confirm the floor can carry it, particularly on a raised wood floor rather than a slab.
Is the cabinet included, and does it arrive assembled?
Yes to both. The 10-slot cabinet is part of the kit and ships pre-assembled, with heavy-duty bus bars and protective covers, cage nuts and screws, casters, a lockable front door and side panels, and a quick-open side panel for maintenance.
Can I expand beyond 50kWh later?
Yes, but not inside this cabinet — the kit fills all 10 slots. The system supports up to 32 modules in parallel, roughly 160kWh, so expanding means adding another cabinet alongside this one. Call us and we'll plan the expansion path before you buy.
What inverters does it work with?
Over Canbus the modules support Victron, SMA, Studer Innotec, Sofar, Sol-Ark, Solis, Goodwe, Deye, Growatt, SAJ, LuxPower, Megarevo, INVT, Sermatec, TBB, MUST, Sunsynk, and Schneider. Over RS485 they support MPP, Voltronic, RCT, and Alpha Outback. Protocol selection is done with DIP switches on the modules.
How big is the cabinet, and will it fit through my door?
The cabinet measures 23.6" wide × 29.5" deep × 63.4" tall. It will pass through a standard 30-inch doorway, but measure your actual path — including any tight turns, stair treads, or low headroom — before delivery day. The casters help considerably once it's inside.
Do I need a licensed electrician to install it?
Yes. A bank this size involves very high-current DC connections, correct bus bar torque, proper grounding, overcurrent protection, and inverter communication setup — work that should be done by a licensed electrician familiar with your local code and inspected before commissioning.
Does this qualify for incentives or rebates?
RUiXU's RX-LFP48100 modules are UL1973 certified with UL9540A testing completed and are listed for California's CEC and SGIP programs. Eligibility also depends on your installer, equipment pairing, and application details, so confirm with your installer or program administrator before counting on a rebate.
