The F3800 Plus accepts solar at 11 to 165 V through its two MPPT inputs, which is what lets it take up to 3,200 W of panels. That higher voltage window is the main upgrade over the original F3800, and it needs a cable rated for it. This is that cable, part number AS210011.

Use it to connect rigid or portable panels wired in series to the F3800 Plus solar input ports. Anker is explicit that exceeding 165 V will damage those ports, so string voltage at cold open-circuit conditions is the number to check before you connect anything, not the nameplate operating voltage.
