How is the 20" different from the standard D5 2.0? The 20" version uses smaller, compact wheels and a step-thru frame for a lower stance, easier mounting, and more nimble handling. It carries a higher 440 lb payload and weighs less (80 lbs vs 92), while keeping the same 750W motor and battery.
Who is it best for? Shorter riders (it fits 4'11" to 6'3"), anyone who wants an easy step-over, and riders who prefer agile handling. The low 17" standover makes starts and stops easy.
What's the real-world range? Up to 40 miles on throttle and 70 on pedal assist with the 15Ah battery. Expect less with hills, heavier loads, or higher assist. The optional 20Ah battery extends it.
How fast does it go? Ships at 20 mph, adjustable up to 28 mph, with selectable Class 1/2/3 settings to match local laws.
Is it safety certified? Yes. UL 2849 certified, with a UL 2271 battery and UL 2580 cells.
