What is dynamic load balancing and why does it matter? The included energy meter and CT clamps monitor your home's total power draw and automatically reduce charging speed when other loads are high, preventing breaker trips. It lets many homes charge at full speed without a costly panel upgrade.

How is this different from the standard 48A hardwired? Same charging speed and connector, but the Pro adds the energy meter and CT clamps for built-in load management. Choose it if your panel is tight or you want detailed energy control.

What install does it need? Hardwired to a 60A breaker by a licensed electrician for the full 48A. Note the RS-485 cable for the meter is not included.

Will it work with my car? It uses the J1772 connector, so it works with all non-Tesla EVs and plug-in hybrids. Tesla owners can use a J1772-to-NACS adapter (not included).
