This kit is 10 Mango Power S Pro microinverters (500W each, 5000W total) plus an integrated 200A Zero-Export Gateway — no panels included, no separate smart meter needed. It's built for a customer supplying their own solar array rather than buying a full plug-and-play kit.

Each microinverter works with any third-party panel in the 16–60V DC range, and the built-in gateway prevents export back to the grid on its own. It's grid-tie only — pair it with a compatible battery system like Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, or FranklinWH if you want backup power during an outage.

Do I need to buy Mango Power's panels to use this?
No. These microinverters work with any third-party solar panel in the 16–60V DC range, so you can pair them with panels you already own or source separately.
Does this include a battery?
No, and it's grid-tie only — without a separate battery or energy storage system, it won't power your home during an outage. Mango Power lists Tesla Powerwall, Enphase, and FranklinWH as compatible battery systems if you want backup capability; its own Mango Power E battery is not listed as compatible with this kit.
How is this different from the 1200W Plug and Play Kit?
That kit includes panels and is a plug-in, 120V DIY system. This one is microinverters only — you supply the array — sized around a roughly 5000W system, and larger 240V installations need a licensed electrician and utility registration.
What does the Zero-Export Gateway do here?
It handles the same job as a standalone smart meter: monitoring your home's power flow and preventing surplus solar from exporting to the grid, but it's built into this kit rather than sold separately.
Can I install this myself?
Some 120V plug-and-play configurations are available for DIY installation. A 240V hardwired setup needs a licensed electrician and utility inspection/registration.
