How to use:
Just warm the milk up to 40˚C or 104˚F, switch the separator on and pour the milk into 10 liters or 2,6 gallons milk container.
How much cream you can get?:
- from 10 liters or 2,6 gallons of milk you will get about 1 liter or 0,26 gallons of cream;
- the cream will have 10 times more fat than your milk. It means that if your milk has 3,2% you will get cream with 32% of fat;
- if you need cream with less content of fat you can mix it with low-fat milk that you get during separation.
- it is recommended to wash the plates inside the drum after every 20-25 liters or 5-7 gallons (two bowls) of milk.

How can I change My Account information?
You can change your contact information at any time by signing into "My Account" and editing the information. Save the changes and your account will be updated.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only customers residing in the state of California, Colorado, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Florida will be charged sales tax. Orders from outside of California, Colorado, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Florida will not be charged sales tax. However, for EG4 products, tax must be charged for all states that charge sales tax. It is a EG4 policy.
How can I make a change or cancel my order?

How long will it take for my order to ship?
This will vary by product and vendor so check the product pages for accurate estimates. You can be safe to assume that if your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 3 business days from the date of your order. If you have not received your shipment within this time or would like any information on the status of your shipment, contact us at sales@renewableoutdoors.com.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or an APO Address?
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, due to the size of our products, as well as APO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.
