I received my chargeverters in a fear amount of time. I had to complete the wiring needed to run both chargeverters at a time. Need at least a 15k gen to do it. To completely charge all four of my eg4 wall big batteries only took 3 hours. Theses chargeverters are great for charging 48v batteries in short amount of time. Renewable outdoors did it again. They provide all of my equipment for my solar system and they didn’t let me down. Customer service is there to say the least if I needed anything.
Thank you renewable outdoors
It's been complicated, the logic seems sound but the voltage on the RJ-11 pins sometimes means the fuel pump for my generator remains on at times it perhaps shouldn't.
Chageverter came in as scheduled and had it installed in about an hour. This is the 2nd device purchased from Renewable Outdoors and everything was great. Thanks
Eg4 chargeverter shipped very quickly! Excellent communication, very pleased so far. Have not used the chargeverter on 220 yet, but I also ordered a 120 cable, and that charges up my 48 volt batteries very nicely. Have only so far charged up to 30 amps, but hope to ramp that up in the future. Thanks for selling an excellent product, and providing very good service! Thanks!
Using this to charge batteries on off grid /on grid system for peakshaving.
I wish it had a way to monitor the parameters thru wifi with its own dongle and APP
I use it as a secondary charger to my magnum inverter for steel case lead acid batteries and it works great! Generator only runs a fraction of the time it used to!
It was missing one of the wall mounting brackets. The package was sealed but it was missing. I wasn't planning on mounting it, so no great loss, but it was strange that one was there but the other wasn't.
I just now received my order. From the time I my purchase my equipment and my order was processed was a little longer then expected due to weather most like. The shipping company was a little complicated to negotiate with to get my delivery. But I have to say that renewable outdoors did their part and even went over and above to help me return the inverter I ordered by mistake and to get to ship me the one I needed at no cost to me. That’s customer service and support. Thank you renewable outdoors.
Item was back ordered and renewable outdoors came thru sooner than any other seller ! AND at a cheaper price. They are my GO TO from now on. Thanks RENEWABLE OUTDOORS !
Company with integrity. They did exactly what was I was told. Unit was originally stated as in stock when I ordered it, but EG4 delivery was delayed. When I contacted customer service, they explained the situation. I was offered a refund, but decided to wait until the unit became in stock again. Unit was shipped as soon as it became available. Great service. Unit came in excellent condition. This is my second Chargeverter. I have the original yellow case one also. Great product.
The features alone make this a great addition to your solar equipment, this appears to be well constructed and easy to use, it is excellent for maintaining and/or charging batteries.
